Growing nebbiolo in our land requires great expertise and knowledge of every single particle of land. While most of today’s nebbiolo vineyards are in a guyot style, in the past many original training systems were devised. Harvesting in October and containing production yields helps obtaining grapes rich in noble compounds that give life to an elegant, long lasting wine. Our nebbiolo wine ages in large oak barrels for 18 to 24 months.
