It was born from the collaboration with the Department of Agriculture of the University of Turin. Remo’s great experience and the department’s knowledge gave birth to T, a late harvest Erbaluce. The grapes are left on the vine until two weeks after the end of the harvest. The name T is inspired by two values: tradition and terroir

Pergola, in moraine soils. Altitude: approx. 320 m above sea level Exposure: south, south-westerly Average age: 30 years
Ageing
8 months in wood and 12 months in the bottle
In the cellar
The grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. This must then matures on lees in medium-toasted oak tonneaux, using the battonage technique. The wine is bottled during the summer following harvest and aged in the bottle for 12 months
In the glass
Colour: straw yellow with golden highlights.
Bouquet: intense, persistent, satisfying and convincing with sweet and deep notes
Palate: full, long and harmonious as befits a wine of rank.
With food
White meat and vegetable dishes, fish or mild cheeses. Serve chilled (10-12°C).
